Every client that we serve gets coached and trained on our signature process that provides the foundation for their success. This is the same process that has been used for hundreds of teens and young adults to create extraordinary results in their lives. This includes everything from connecting with their values, passions, and strengths, getting clarity on their purpose and goals, navigating their thoughts, feelings, and emotions, implementing the right rituals and routines, daily planning and accountability, focus and mindset training, and creating an inspiring and empowering environment to keep them moving forward.

Each client also gets unlimited access to Erin and Chris between meetings for check-ins, support, accountability, motivation, celebrations, and strategy.

Our Teen and Young Adult Program is a hybrid approach. We meet in small intimate groups once a week and each client also gets multiple 1:1 in depth coaching sessions throughout the process. We’ve been doing this for many years and this hybrid approach is hands down the most effective and empowering!

Though we don’t have an exact percentage (probably in the high 90s), we can say with absolute certainty that the program is highly effective at helping young adults create positive change in their lives. We intentionally spend the first few weeks coaching and training our clients on things that will help them be more mindful, present, and focused on what’s important. Our goal is to help them feel better so that they are more energized and motivated to do the fun work that lies ahead. We also spend a quality amount of time with potential clients on our “Discovery Call” and use that as an opportunity to build rapport, answer questions, and share the coaching program experience. We don’t ask for (or make) any commitments until we are confident that they are ready to commit to the program and process.

We have clients across the US and Canada who are all out finding their purpose, unlocking their potential, and doing incredible things. The majority of our coaching sessions take place via Zoom, though we do also see some in-person clients (and groups) at our HQ in downtown Ann Arbor, MI.

For best results the 1-hour coaching meetings generally take place weekly, with check-ins and ongoing communication happening several times per week (via text, email, phone, etc.). There is no better feeling than to wake-up in the morning with dozens of texts from teens and young adults updating us on their inspiring progress.

We are passionate about helping as many teens and young adults as possible, and have structured our pricing and payment plans to accommodate all different life situations. Yes, this the perfect environment to support them. We put a significant amount of effort into coaching and training our clients on simple science-based tools that will help them navigate and “unhook” from their unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and emotions, become more mindful and present, overcome distraction, make empowering choices, and focus their attention on what’s important. Several other “exercises” that they will learn will help them sort and download their thoughts, get perspective, and learn how to use their thoughts and imagination to their advantage.
