Teens and Young Adults: Meet Your Best Self

You are here because there is something important for you to do. Something you're supposed to do, that maybe you even need to do. What if I told you that there is a version of you that can accomplish all of your goals. Anything that you set your mind to you can make it happen.  

There is a version of you who can do things that you currently think are impossible. That are beyond your even wildest imagination. A version of you that wakes up in the morning jumps out of bed, doesn't hit snooze, and has the type of morning routine to get you ready to have an amazing day and life.  One that gets you mindful, present, energetic, motivated, and intentional for the day ahead. A version of you that goes out and makes things happen, takes actions, overcomes your challenges, and most importantly gets results and makes a difference every step you take.  

It's time for you to get to know this person!  

You are going to do it by practicing being that person and doing the things that they would do. By doing the things that will help to bring out your best. Some of the characteristics of this best version of yourself are being someone who is goal-driven and has a growth mindset. You're learning, you're growing, you're getting a little bit better every single day. This version of you is ritual based. They have the habits, the routines, the things that you're doing every single day to take care of yourself, to fuel yourself, to give you energy, to lift you up to support you, give you everything you need to make progress.  

This version of yourself is making choices every single day that are aligned with your values, aligned with your goals, aligned with the things that are important to you! One of the most important skills for you to practice becoming this person is to get curious, and to open up your mind to this possibility that you have everything you need already inside you. That this person is already inside you, just waiting to come out.  

So this week, and maybe every day moving forward is going to be about exploring these different parts of yourself. The parts of yourself that make you unique, different, and one of a kind. And when we connect with these things, it helps to bring out our absolute best, for us to see our potential, and our inner confidence just waiting to for its opportunity to shine.
