We are so passionate about helping Teens and Young Adults discover their potential and purpose.

There is so much that stands between us and our best-selves, our potential, and our goals. All day our children face strong thoughts, feelings, emotions, distractions, and self-talk, much of which controls their behavior, actions, and their emotional states. For the most part, all of this happening without their knowledge. 

As Life Coaches for Teens and Young Adults (and parents of Teens ourselves), Erin and I have learned that it's not enough for our kids to have endless potential and big goals - though they absolutely do! And although it's a wonderful start, the pressure of having goals (and the expectations that come with them) can bring added feelings and emotions (like fear, overwhelm, shame, sadness, etc.). This is the "resistance" that prevents our kids from taking some of those steps, making some of those choices, and showing-up as their best selves.  

Which is why it is so important that we help our children navigate and overcome these challenges, disconnect from some of the things holding them back, and get them doing things that will put them into a better position to get started on their journey. And there is nothing more important than that!    

Many of the Teens and Young Adults who join our Extraordinary Purpose Coaching Program begin from this same "stuck" position. They have goals (things that are super important to them), but are hopelessly stuck in an unhealthy lifestyle full of bad habits and distractions that lead to unhelpful choices - causing negative emotional states, low energy, low motivation, and the inability to move forward on their own.

The environment we create is something significantly different from the "bubble" these kids typically live in at this stage of their life - school, grades, parents and siblings, the same peers everyday, jobs, sports, etc. We help them shift gears and begin focusing on their inner world by asking different questions -  what makes them special and unique, what's important to them, what are they passionate or curious about, how can they become their own best friend? And they do this beside other like-minded peers who are committed to their personal growth too! The Extraordinary Purpose Environment offers a unique, motivating, and exciting perspective that kids just don't get in many other areas of their lives. And this is our passion - to watch these kids blossom week after week, discover their greatness, embrace vulnerability, create meaningful goals, and cultivate a clear vision for their futures! 

There is no better gift we can give our kids than introducing them to personal development early in their lives - I know I wish I had these tools much earlier in my own life:)
